Soul-Cal Experience Refund Policy

At Soul-Cal Experience, we strive to provide our customers with the best entertainment experiences. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. General Refund Policy
Physical Products If you purchased a physical product from our Site, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Digital Products Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads or streaming content once the purchase has been made and the content has been accessed or downloaded.
Event Tickets All sales of event tickets are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for event tickets unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In the case of a canceled or rescheduled event, we will provide instructions on how to obtain a refund or exchange your tickets.

2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Email our customer service team at willie.ellison@soulcalexperience.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Inspecting Returns Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund.

  5. Refund Payment Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.


3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@soulcalexperience.com.


4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at refunds@soulcalexperience.com and send your item to: Soul-Cal Experience, 123 Entertainment Ave, Suite 456, Los Angeles, CA 90001, USA.

5. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
